Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kova, an AI image creation and editing mobile application operated by alyduho.develop. Contact: alyduho984530@gmail.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kova. If the law in your location requires a higher age for digital consent, you must meet that age or use Kova only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts
Kova may allow guest access, email sign-in, Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, or other authentication methods. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Guest access may be limited or lost if you delete the app, change devices, lose local data, or do not link the guest account to a supported sign-in method.
Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions
- Some Kova features require credits, paid subscriptions, or other in-app purchases.
- Kova membership products may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer are shown on the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm payment.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds, cancellations, taxes, and billing disputes are handled according to Apple App Store rules.
- Credits and entitlements may be used only inside Kova unless we state otherwise. Credits may expire, be limited, or be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, technical errors, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
User Content
User Content includes photos, images, prompts, text, style choices, generated images, captions, community posts, and other content you upload, create, save, publish, or share through Kova.
You keep any rights you have in your User Content. You grant Kova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, adapt, and use User Content as needed to provide, operate, secure, improve, and promote Kova and its features.
AI Generated Output
Kova uses automated systems and AI models to generate or edit images. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before saving, publishing, sharing, or using it outside Kova.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Kova to violate law, infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not create, upload, or publish sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate, threats, malware, spam, scams, or fraudulent content.
- Do not impersonate another person without permission, bypass safety systems, abuse credits, exploit bugs, disrupt the service, or access systems without authorization.
Community Features
Community features may allow users to view, like, share, report, or interact with generated images and style samples. Do not publish content that you do not want others to see. We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Kova, including its app design, software, logos, branding, systems, and non-user content, is owned by Kova or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse Kova except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Third-Party Services
Kova may rely on third-party services, including app stores, authentication providers, cloud services, purchase providers, and AI model providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Service Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Kova at any time. Kova may be unavailable or delayed due to maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, AI provider capacity, or technical problems.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Kova is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, security, and error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kova and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
Termination
You may stop using Kova at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause harm, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Kova after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
